The Moynahan Williams (MWI) team is comprised of experienced real estate experts who treat each property as if it were their own. The Moynahan Williams management philosophy is simple;  “We are hired to protect your investment.”

 

JENNY BROUGH  | Executive Assistant

When you call the MWI office, you will likely speak first with Jenny, Executive Assistant. In addition to handling MWI’s home office communications and greeting visitors, she assists the Office & Benefits Administrator with collecting and organizing payroll, as well as reporting to owners.  Jenny also assists with investment administration, many of the day-to-day tasks and special projects

SHARYL GAMMERLER, HCCP,C6P, NCP  | Compliance Specialist

Sharyl Gammerler is the president of Compliance Management Services.  Through a strategic alliance, Sharyl handles all of MWI’s tax credit compliance work. She and her team of professionals review applications, track unit activity, complete state housing association reports, perform regular file reviews, and provide on-going training for the site staffs.  (19+ years experience)

 

SHARON SHEWMAKER - CPM Candidate, HCCP  | Regional Manager

Sharon has been in the property management industry for over twenty four years. In that time she has dealt with all aspects of the operation of market-rate, section 42, and HUD properties. She has supervised Section 42 properties from the application for tax credits through the lease-up process and is proficient in the  preparation of annual budgets and marketing plans, training and oversight of site staffs and analysis of financial performance. Before entering the property management industry, Sharon served in the United States Army where she achieved the rank of Sergeant.

Debbie is responsible for payroll, reconciliation of all project receivables to general ledger, owners’ monthly and quarterly reports, and year-end audits.  She received her CPA in 1998. (27+ years experience)

MARY BETH KEELY  | Office and Benefits Administrator

Mary Beth coordinates the weekly occupancy reports, collects and organizes payroll information, coordinates all monthly reporting to owners and investment partners, and administers MWI¹s benefits programs.   (12+ years with MWI)

 

EDITA LANE  | A/P Clerk / Accounting Assistant
                                     
Edita is responsible for all accounts payable and receivable duties. She assists as a computer software analyst and is vital in working with the on-site management teams to resolve software and accounts payable issues. (9+ years experience)

 

DORRIE LOCKMAN  | Area Property Manager

Dorrie oversees MWI’s southern Indiana region including conventional, Section 42 and Rural Development properties. Her experience includes accounts receivable, accounts payable, budgeting, capital expenditures, net operating income, and compliance. (12+ years with MWI)

KARI GRAY - AHM, COS  | Area Property Manager

Kari is the site manager for a Section 42/HUD mixed property in Evansville, IN. Kari also provides oversight for the management teams at other market rate and Section 42 properties in region. Kari has over twelve years of experience in the property management industry and has earned various Fair Housing, Occupancy, HUD, and Section 42 compliance certifications.

JON MATTOX  | Director of Maintenance & Construction

Jon is responsible for all levels of property operations including budgeting, capital expenditure plans, and rehabilitation projects. His expertise includes managing properties under renovation and he has worked on many market rate and tax credit property renovations. Jon oversees all maintenance procedures from MWI and also coordinates the MWI Construction side of the business. (24+ years experience)
